Remembering Lina Wertmüller
Lina Wertmüller, the first woman ever nominated for an Academy Award for Best Director, left an indelible mark on the history of Italian cinema. The festival will open with a tribute to Wertmüller’s legacy, featuring actress Ángela Molina, who will introduce the screening of Camorra (A Story of Streets, Women and Crime).

Contemporary Gazes
A screening series featuring documentaries by some of today’s most compelling female filmmakers. Among this year’s special guests is director Ilaria Freccia, who will present her documentary La rivoluzione siamo noi. Arte in Italia 1967-1977, joined by photographer Paolo Mussat Sartor.

International Competition
Focused on emerging female directors, the competition will feature a curated selection of short films from across the globe. The entries will be evaluated by a jury led by Jessica Woodworth, while the filmmakers will also vie for the DAMS Award, judged by a panel of students from the University of Turin.

Tribute to Eleonora Duse
A century ago, Eleonora Duse, celebrated as the greatest theatrical actress of the Belle Époque, passed away. The festival will honor her legacy with a screening of Cenere (1916), directed by Febo Mari. The event will feature Marcella Filippa from the Fondazione Vera Nocentini, Arianna Voto from Rai, and actress Cristina Renda.
